Privacy & Terms

This page collects Refla’s privacy overview and terms of use in one place. It is not legal advice. Replace the placeholder sections with final text before shipping broadly.

Privacy

This section provides a high-level overview of how Refla handles privacy. Refla can operate with essential cookies only. Optional analytics and optional error monitoring are disabled until you enable them. You can change your choices at any time in “Cookie settings” inside the app.

Cookies and similar technologies

We use an essential cookie to remember your privacy choices. If you enable cookie-based analytics, Refla may store analytics identifiers in cookies and/or localStorage. If you enable cookie-free analytics, Refla avoids storing analytics identifiers in your browser and collects only tab-lifetime events.

Analytics

If enabled, analytics helps us understand which features are used and how the app performs. Refla may use PostHog in either cookie-free mode or cookie-based mode, depending on what you choose in the consent settings.

Error monitoring

If enabled, error monitoring helps us detect crashes and reliability issues. Refla may use Sentry for this purpose. We configure it to avoid collecting unnecessary personal data where possible.

Your choices

  • You can enable/disable optional analytics and error monitoring in the app’s “Cookie settings”.
  • You can stop using the service at any time.
